Using the service
FC Billing is a restricted business system for authorized users. Use it only for work your organization has permitted and in accordance with applicable health-care, privacy, billing, and records laws.
Your account
Keep your sign-in information private, use accurate account details, and report suspected unauthorized access to your organization administrator promptly. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you have reported that it was compromised.
Billing and submissions
You must review claim, patient, facility, and submission information before relying on it or sending it to a payer. The service supports billing work, but it does not replace your organization’s professional judgment, compliance checks, or responsibility for payer submissions.
Acceptable use
- Do not access data you are not authorized to view.
- Do not interfere with security, availability, or audit logging.
- Do not upload malicious code or use the service unlawfully.
- Do not share protected information outside approved workflows.
Availability and changes
The service may be updated, suspended for maintenance, or limited to protect data and system integrity. Material changes to these terms will be communicated through the service or your organization.
